THANK YOU LETTER
Dear Institutions, I write this letter to express a special gratitude to Dr. Ventsislav Dolzhikov -specialist ENT at DCC V, Plovdiv, Saedinenie Str. Thanks also to the team working in his office.
I have toured many ENT specialists in Plovdiv. There have been cases where doctors told me, "You will not come more to me," as I tried to tell them that I had something in my ear, probably Cerumen, and they stubbornly swell because they just couldn't see it, Due to a crooked ear canal.
Dr. Dolzhikov accepted me, tried several methods of cleaning (with an aspirator, washing), and his goal was only to help the patient. He did not look to "blunt" the patient, as they did many so far, and their gaze was directed at my purse.
After making sure the work was done at one hundred percent, Dr. Dolzhikov wrote me a recipe and wished me all the good.
Dear institutions, please support such doctors as Ventsislav Dolzhikov so that they have an incentive to continue to develop their professionalism, thus that we also feel satisfied with the work of specialist doctors.
