The Covid vaccination certificate is equivalent to an identity document, and its counterfeiting is a health threat and the image of Bulgaria before the rest of the world. Therefore, the state must declare strict penalties for such practices, said the chairman of the Bulgarian medical union Dr. Ivan Madjarov in an interview with Dir.bg.
