Dr. Nikolay Brunzalov: We want transparency and tranquility
Parliament adopted at first reading the update of the budget of the Health Cash. What are the criticisms of the Bulgarian medical union?
"We categorically object to the way of allocating funds. On the budget update we have fears that much of these funds will not reach my colleagues doctors and healthcare professionals. We want the transparency and tranquility of the system," said Deputy Chairman BLS Dr. Nikolay Brunzovov The "Day On Air" studio.
Dr. Brunzalov's concerns and its colleagues from the BLS originated from the new distribution methodology they were disclosed "from today for tomorrow" with a "one signed" requirement.
"We are an organization that wants the opinion of all colleagues. Nobody accepted her to embrace her as an innovation that will lead to better governance of the pandemic," he said.
"_Tasi methodology Very strange metamorphosis acquired. Despite my insistence, the initial was sent only to the National Association of General Practitioners in Bulgaria (NSOPL) and I accidentally learned it. Naturally, we held the relevant talks with the Ministry of Health and we publish our notes on the NSOPL site. There is no answer and suddenly today, in the late afternoon, another proposal was obtained with a "One signed signed", where things had gained metamorphosis in the direction of specialized outpatient medical care, but the reasons were not taken before this, "said Dr. Brunched.
In his words, the Ministry of Health has removed the BMS as a statist but as a partner.
"Although we were dialogious, an offer in the afternoon is given one day and wants a decision in the other. In person in conversation with Minister Katsarov, I asked this methodology to be sent, such a thing did not happen and begins a troubleshoot," said Deputy Chairman of the GLS.
BLS have agreed, albeit difficult, additional funds for first-line medicals are calculated on the hours worked. According to Dr. Brunzalov, these funds should be distributed according to the type of medical assistance.
"In a few days we will enter September, and we have not received any reports on how the funds are generally absorbed in the previous budget so that we can make our own analysis and say how it would be more rational to spend the funds. This way of behavior by the Ministry of Health and the Supervisory Board, and the NHIF strongly disturbs us, mildly, "said the Deputy Chairman of the BMA.
According to Dr. Brunzalov, the Ministry of Defense should seek the opinion of doctors to have more transparency in decision-making and thus give calm to the medical professional before the peak peak.
"Yes, help is for genuinely ill patients any of the state, but it should be controlled. How will it happen anywhere is not reflected. We want transparency," Dr. Nikolay Brunzalov finished.
