Position of the Board of Bulgarian Medical Association in the case of the Hospital "Alexandrovska"
Bulgarian medical union with anxiety traces the developed public debate on the occasion of the data on the financial position of the "Alexandrovska" Hospital and the consequences arising from him. The dissemination of data from an informal nature and before the closing of the relevant checks is unacceptable and harmful and adjusts public opinion against one of the largest hospital structures in the country and the medics working in it.
Problems in a medical institution are not solved in television interviews and media participation. The management of a hospital is entrusted to its principal and advice of directors who are responsible and have full information on the condition of the medical establishment. We call on the necessary decision to be taken after a result of an examination of the objective circumstances of the case.
Media shoots, colleagues and the export of information, the verification for which it is still underway not only undermines the authority of the healing establishment and the medical staff working there, but also ruin the trust of society at the University Hospital Alexandrovska and the Bulgarian Health .
