The free eye examinations in Samokov began in great interest
In case of enormous interest, the free eye reviews began to start the National Screening Campaign of the BLS, the Bulgarian Society of Ophthalmology and Bayer Bulgaria - "Vision is everything! Go!".
In a mobile home cabinet all day are reviewed pre-enrolled elderly people. For small patients, a separate cabinet is provided in the municipality building. Children are reviewed using special equipment purchased with funds collected by the charity initiative "The Bulgarian Christmas".
Free consultations will continue until 16 hours, and in great interest the reviews will continue until 18 hours.
Representatives of the organizers - Bulgarian Medical Union, the Bulgarian Society of Ophthalmology and Bayer Bulgaria, gave a portray of the initiative and personally assured the interest in the National Free Screening Campaign "Vision is everything! Get Viewed! ".
The campaign aims to diagnose the most common socially important eye diseases, inform Bulgarian society about the important role of prevention, eye care and timely eye reviews. The campaign "Vision is all! Goes to review your ambitious task to cover the most vulnerable groups of the population in our country: children and people around and over 50 years of age.
