BMS condemns another case of aggression over a Haskovo emergency team
Bulgarian medical union condemn the next case of aggression on medical persons and expresses its support for the Haskovo emergency team - Dr. Sibil Shaban and the nurse Mariana Atanasova. The team has responded to an address to an affected person and in return has become a physical and verbal aggression from the relatives.
What has happened is another manifestation of a reprehensible and unacceptable attitude. Regardless of the difficult working conditions in which all employees are placed in the sector, each medical person has chosen the profession for his calling.
We recall that the BLS disclosed a 24-hour telephone 02/9 07 07 07 for signaling in exercised aggression over doctors and healthcare professionals. They will be immediately transmitted to the Chief Prosecutor, according to the agreement signed on 14.01.2020, the Ministry of Health and the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Bulgaria.
