Dear Dr. Zlatanov,
In connection with a letter of 25.10.2021, we invite you to deal with negotiations between NHIF and BMA representatives under Art. 54 of the Health Insurance Act on the following two themes:
The proposals you submitted to the methodology for determining the amounts paid by the NHIF of medical care contractors, dental care and medical-diagnostic activities for work on unfavorable conditions on the case of an announced epidemic situation (NHIF exhibition No 17 -01-260 and №17-01-261 of 22.10.2021), and
The principal proposal for preparation and adoption of the terms and procedure under § 1, para. 2 of the PHP of LBNA for 2021
We expect to offer a specific date and time for a meeting as, as we have already informed you, our desire is the negotiation process to be public and with the opportunity to transmit online.
