BLS has been referring to the Prosecutor's Office, SANS and a State Financial Inspection Agency for unlawful actions by the NHIF
"We have sufficiently reasoned doubts that it is done an attempt to disguise about 200 million leva than those voted by Parliament who have to go to hospital care facilities for primary outpatient help and specialized outpatient medical care . This is a breach of the Budget Act ".
He pointed out that NHIF attempts to pay for 12 months of health establishments with funds for 11 months :
"These are great amounts that the NHIF leadership tries to transfer for next year, but then they will no longer be available to the medical establishments and are not known about what they will be spent."
Dr. Madjarov stressed that there is a decision of the Supervisory Board of the NHIF not to publish the already in the stenographic protocols from his meetings .
