Company Contrax with an apology to the medics
The Chairman of the Board of Contrax AD, Yordan Yordanov, sent a letter to the BMA, apologizing for the inconvenience caused. The letter says:
"In connection with the events surrounding the introduction of the new R&D of 01.06.2022, we would like to give you our excuses to the aid performers who have encountered difficulties in their daily work with their medical software regarding the issuance of electronic directions to the NZI S
For over 20 years, counterx has been developing, developing and maintaining software products from the Hippocrates family for outpatient care contractors. Our products serve over 2000 GPs and over 1000 SIMP. As the largest company in this segment, we are aware of the enormous importance of proper work on medical software products. Our specialists work around the clock to quickly solve all problems. We cannot but mention the fact that the problems with the reporting to the NZIS are solved during the day.
Last but not least, we want to raise the issue again with the lack of financing by the state in the face of the Ministry of Health and the NHIF for the development of software products for health officers at the expense of the central systems of the health agencies. This forces developer companies to fund the development of medical software on their own, and increasing subscription fees is a difficult process and cannot cover investments. The repeated placement of this problem has not led to its resolution so far.
The letter ends with the words: "Once again I apologize on behalf of the whole team for the inconvenience caused and I assure you that we are working with full mobilization."
