"Hippocrates" threatens the implementation of much of the activity of GP and Simp
The headquarters of the BMA received a signal from the RLK Blagoevgrad, in which they were informed of a number of complaints from colleagues that the medical software they use did not allow them to carry out their activities. The signal says:
"As of 01.06.2022, on the basis of the changes in the R&D for medical activities 2020-2022, published in the State Gazette of May 17, 2022. Doctors working under contract with the NHIF are obliged to issue electronically primary medical documents and submit information In the NZIS under the procedure of Article 206a. The Forms MH-NHIF №3, 3a, 4 and 6 are issued electronically and sent through medical software to doctors working in medical establishments-contractors of the IMP, to the NZI. Unfortunately from the beginning of The working day so far at the Board of Directors of the BCC of the BD-Blagoevgrad have been received by a number of complaints from colleagues that the medical software they use does not allow them to carry out the above activity. Colleagues work with directions bl. 3 and bl. 3a on paper, which contradicts the above mentioned Article 206a.
By 14:30 at PIMP there was a new version 5.171 of 01.06.2022, which, however, did not allow the activity to be carried out correctly due to the following disadvantages:
1 . Deputy and employed doctors (in individual or group practices) may not issue electronic primary medical documents and submit information to the NZIS. This meaningless group practices, as well as the replacement of the holder on sick leave or paid annual leave.
2 . Even the holder cannot send electronically to Nzik Bl. 4 during a prevention examination. Only bl. 4 for mammography.
