NHIF offers work amounts in unfavorable conditions to cut up to 10%
The NHIF proposes that the amounts of unfavorable conditions be up to 10% of the healing facility. The proposal was voted at a meeting of the Supervisory Board on 26.05.2021 in the letter sent to the GLS stated that "the specific amount of work in disadvantaged on the announced epidemic situation for a given month for each contractor is determined in the amount of 10% of the value of the reported activity for the respective month of 2021 but not more than 85% of the base value for 2021 "
In response Bulgarian medical union and Bulgarian dental union came out with a common opinion, which ensures that the practices that work will continue to be supported. The counter-proposal of professional organizations is not to reduce the 85% support of medical establishments by requiring the minimum lower threshold of the monthly activity reported - 50% of the base value.
The letter explicitly emphasizes that, in the event of a deterioration of the epidemic situation, the principles laid down in the methodology should be updated in a timely manner.
