The manager of DCC - II - Dobrich EOOD warns that it cannot work with electronic directions and those for the MDD (to issue and withdraw) due to the lack of provided software of the Hippocrates Program.
The situation is identical to issuing directions for LCCs and hospital lists. The situation created makes the work of the center impossible.
