Oncological diseases are one of the biggest challenges for modern medicine. To a large extent, this is due to untimely diagnosis and delayed treatment that lead to an adverse outcome for these patients. Unfortunately, studies show that the tendency in terms of morbidity and death from cancer will deteriorate in the coming years and this applies not only to Bulgaria but for the whole world. And as much as statistics in our country are lagging behind compared to the more developed countries of the European Union, however, oncological care and the possibilities for modern diagnosis and treatment of patients are on the face.
