14 Children of Covid-19 Medical Medicines with financial support on the eve of Christmas holidays
14 children of medics who lost the battle with Covid-19 received financial support on the eve of Christmas. Exactly two years ago, on the eve of the brightest holidays, the Bulgarian Medical Union, with the support of Niki Kanchev, the Bulgarian Association of Health Care Professionals and Volunteer Organizations "because we are people" and "Thank you for having" you have started the initiative for you Financial assistance to the children of the deceased by Covid-19 medics, entitled: "For the children of the characters in white."
In 2022, BGN 8 953 was collected in a donation account of the campaign.
For the sake of transparency, all funds raised from the initiative were distributed by a committee to the Bulgarian Medical Association for the children of the deceased Bulgarian medics.
Each child has already been transferred over 630 BGN.
During the campaign last year, the amount collected exceeded BGN 34,000 and each child was provided with financial support of over BGN 2,100.
On the eve of the bright holidays, it is difficult to find comfort when fate marked the child's souls forever. The initiative "For the Children of the Heroes in White" cannot return the most valuable: the father of their children, the mother in the family. However, it can give way to the good and the human in each of us.
