Dear Dr. Zlatanov, Dear members of the National Assembly of the NHIF, Dear Prof. Salchev,
In connection with your letter with ref. No: NA-01-00-2, received at the Board of Directors of the BDA on 05.01.2023, in which you invite the Bulgarian Medical Union for the meeting on 06.01.2023, we inform you the following:
The categorical position of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Medical Association, confirmed by all regional medical colleges in the country, remains unchanged. As early as November 9 last year, we stated that the professional organization is coming out of the negotiation process with the current leadership of the Health Insurance Fund and the Supervisory Board, not only because of complete distrust in the negotiation process, because of its constant blazing and sabotage, but also because of the tendency fail violation of already agreed between the parties.
In view of the above, we inform you that the Board of Directors of the BMA does not find reason to meet and discuss the negotiations on the National Framework Agreement for Medical Activities 2023 - 2025 with the present leaderships of the National Health Insurance Fund and the Supervisory Board.
